Laws or not Laws

This is the Question !
Is this not realy a private thing of the communities, bolos or regions, or maybe do we need some Laws for the world ?

Some need laws, & some don`t - so be free to create Your Laws for Your rooms, community etc.....
& check it out & feel free !

As long, the group is not to big, or big enough, there`s a lot of space for experiments (:-)

Tasks:
 - find a consensus for handling Your community toghether with 30 people for more than 1 year - 20 points

 - find a consensus-system for a Bolo (300-500 people) & keep on it for 1 year- 60 points

Joker-Task:
 
- Find the Consensus-system, which with all world will agree - 500 points
