Companies versus Workgroups

Companies & industries, we alredy know from the ancient Money-Master-Market.

End of 20th century, there was a movement for free market, but soonly, it destroyed itsself, by nomore finding people, who had a good education in self-responsability & Working-happynes.

(end of 20th century, - we still can`t understand - workers were catched by "money-addictement" and had no chance, to choose theyr realy profession, (they had to look for "free" (censured) jobs), so there were just many unwilling workers, - doing nothing than theyr job & nobody wanted to take any responsability when something happened & so this part of history, is just a small part of the dark century, & we better forget it).

Workgroups, are growing everywhere, - You can join or leave, at Your need, & there is an "automatic" choose for industries & workers, - if everyone leaves, the industry is nomore needed, & can overtake another function.
If workers leave, as soon, as they don`t like the work anymore, there are no unhappy workers in this industry (:-)

Start Your workgroup with min. 30 people & try to keep it running like this for 3 years - 100 points
